Bučení 7
Bučení is a festival of experimental electronic music and audio-visual art. Its seventh edition will take place on 2 and 3 August 2024 at the Přespolní platform in Lubná u Poličky and will feature artists from abroad as well as from the Czech and Slovak scene.
The main stage under the tent will host over 10 live performances and DJ sets over the two days—for example, London-based musician and producer cajm, Brussels-based sound artist Giulia Rae, Helsinki-based musician and researcher Aleksandar Koruga, post-club musician LilaTesla, Brno-based musician and producer sxilence, and more. Nightly DJ sets will be provided by neli vanilli, cajm, and a squad of DJs from Radio Obscura.
Cultural Community Center ARK_, which will host Justin Bennett’s sound installation during the festival, will also be the second stage for multi-channel sound and projections—Andrejs Poikāns, gobi_10k. Part of the production will also take place in the local cinema—a projection of the film Cauchemar: Spectral Shapes on Infrared by Lukáš Prokop (h5io6i54k), Holy Similaun, Seraphim, DJ YTP, Ronce, the AV installation DŽYNA by Lucia Nimcová and David Petráš, and the AV project Special circumstances II by visual artist Jan Šrámek (Kolouch) and producer Mikuláš Odehnal (Lišaj).
